  1. Love this! Well written, with vivid descriptons of surroundings, feelings and best of all excitement 🙂 Already a big fan 🙂

    1. Thanks, Joy! I’m glad you liked it! There’s even more excitement to come in the rest of the book. Bones is just a tease. Wait until you get to Thrown Out… 😉

  2. Jennie,

I loved it and really just can’t wait for it to come out. It is very vivid and I could *smell* the marsh mud on the boys. Having lived near one most of my life you really did bring it to life for me.

  3. Heyyyy! We all really like it! I can’t wait until the rest of it comes out…the characters seem really cool. And I also like that you opted for a setting in Mass rather than Virginia…yay! Good luck with the rest of the writing ;)!

    1. Thanks, Katie! (Mom loved your username!) Yes, definitely in Mass. Couldn’t have been anywhere else. My Virginia knowledge will come into play in another story, though, with a character who’s new to town…

  4. This is fantastic, and I can’t wait to read more. Can’t believe I read it the other night and didn’t comment. *headdesk*
